Retirement Benefits

According to a Towers Watson Survey, a third of employees stated that retirement benefits were a key reason they work for their current employer. Also, retirement plans were found to be the third must-have benefit among the surveyed employees, behind health insurance and prescription-drug coverage. Many businesses lack access to retirement benefits. However, 97 percent of PEOs have retirement plans available to their clients.
